Who provides the service

What PourBrief is

PourBrief turns your event brief into a bar plan: staff, ice, drinks, cocktail ingredients, glassware and a shopping list. Results are planning estimates based on professional hospitality ratios. They are not a quote, a guarantee or professional advice; always adjust quantities to your event and to local rules on alcohol service.

Free and paid access

The event summary is free. The full order (bottles per product, cocktail ingredients, mixers, water, glassware, shopping list and Excel export) requires a purchase: an Event Pass (one-time payment, access for 72 hours) or a Pro subscription (monthly or annual). Prices are shown before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe on their own page; we never see your card details.

Founding member pricing: while the founder round is open, subscriptions are sold at half the planned future price. Your price stays the same for as long as your subscription remains active, even after prices go up for new customers. Founder pricing applies to subscriptions only, not to the Event Pass. Locked in for life means the life of your subscription: keep it active and your price never changes. If you cancel and come back later, the price current at that time applies.

14-day money-back guarantee

If PourBrief is not what you expected, write to info@greenjaribiza.com within 14 days of any purchase and we refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies to subscriptions and to the Event Pass. A refund ends the access that payment unlocked. For a subscription we also cancel it at the same time, so no further charges are made. This guarantee complements, and does not limit, your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime from "Manage plan", which opens your Stripe customer portal. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid, and no further charges are made.

Your access

Access follows the email you paid with. There is no password: on a new device you sign in with a one-time code we email you. Keep that inbox yours; anyone with access to it can unlock your plan.

Liability

We work to keep PourBrief accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be dated on this page before they apply. If a change is not acceptable to you, the money-back guarantee and free cancellation above are the way out.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protections of your country of residence, and disputes can be brought before the courts of your domicile.
